Jamie Colby

Colby is a National News Correspondent, and anchor of Fox News. He has been working for the company since July of 2003. Colby served as anchor, reporter and a correspondent at CBS News before moving to FOX News Channel. Colby has also been a fill-in on CBS Up to the Minute. She was also an anchor for WPIX/WB-11 New York, a reporter at WNYW FOX 5 New York, and a correspondent/co-anchor on FOX News' WebMD TV. Colby is an attorney admitted to practice law throughout New York, California, Florida and the District of Columbia. In 2002, she received the Edward R.Murrow National Award for her reporting on the attacks of 9/11. Also, she won the Gracie Award for investigative journalism in 2000 as well as her Clarion Award by the Association for Women in Communications. Colby was also voted Television Week's "Rising News Actor To Follow". Aside from her journalism career, Colby, an attorney has been in private practice for 10 years. The law firm that Colby founded was formed when an Hollywood production firm assigned her to The Tonight Show. She was working with Johnny Carson at the age of 22 both during the renewal of his contract as well as his divorce from NBC.
